British Powerlifting Competition 18 July 2010

BRITISH POWERLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS

All entries to be sent to Bulldog at genesis gym 333 athlon road, alperton ,middx HA0 1EF
BY 18TH JUNE

1. Comp will be run over 1 day all female class .the juniors and masters will run in conjunction with the open class
2. Entry fee £40 per class ,combined open andjunior/ masters £60
3. Classes may be limited in size if there is a large entry
4. Weigh in will be at genesis gym on Saturday 17th July 9am onwards or venue in the evening ,you will be able to weigh in on the day up to an hour before start of your class.
5. I anticipate lifting to start at 0900 as we have a lot of classes to run.
6. I am aiming to have all the usual trophies plus a best squat bench and deadlift per open class if we have a good enough response.

I have offered to run this comp as the feds original venue was rejected,please do not wait to send in your entry as long as you send me an a4 sheet of paper with all relavant details on and the entry fee i will accept this,entry forms will be available for down load soon as well ,
