Qualifier for the BPC British Championships 2010 & Novice qualifier for British Bench Press Championships 2010 NEC Birmingham

This year anyone who has not previously competed in the BPC Bench Press Championships will now need to qualify at this event to be able to lift in the British Bench Press Championships at the NEC Birmingham .

24 hour weigh in can be done at Hirep Gym on the previous day between 10am till 6pm
